Mr. Adams has 44 years of experience in the exploration and production industry, including both public and private companies. Mr. Adams has founded, grown and sold several oil and gas exploration companies including Beartooth Energy Partners, Adexco Production Company and EF Energy, LLC. He was an early mover in the Barnett Shale-the first shale gas resource field discovery in the world. In 2015, Mr. Adams joined the Board of Directors of Stonetex Oil Company and is now co-owner and President/CEO of the company.

In the energy business he served on the boards of the Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA) and the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers and a member of the Texas Independent Producers & Royalty Owners Association (TIPRO).

Mr. Crockett has a BBA and MBA in accounting from Texas A&M.  He received a direct commission in 1967 (still held) and after two years active duty, returned to Dallas and was hired by Haskins & Sells (predecessor to Deloitte.) as a CPA. After 3 ½ years, Mr. Crockett formed Chrisman, Crockett & Co. CPA firm.  Stonetex Oil was a client and was being run by Robert Stone as President.  David Stone succeeded Robert Stone as President and Mr. Crockett was named VP and Secretary. Stonetex was an active participant with Cox and Perkins.  Mr. Crockett, and geologist Herb Mosca, identified Savannah Oil & Gas LLC as a partner, and participated in the North and South Winchester Field discoveries in Mississippi. Venture Oil & Gas Inc. took over as operator and the Company established a close relationship with Venture. The Company has participated in several Mississippi salt basin 3D prospects that have resulted in significant discoveries.

Mr. Adams joined Stonetex in 2021.  He began working as a consultant with Stonetex in 2019, handling matters related to new acquisitions and bringing in new projects in south Texas and New Mexico.  Prior to that he served as in-house consulting landman and in charge of business development for EF Energy, LLC, a private equity backed E&P company operating in the Eagle Ford Shale. Mr. Adams began his career in 2007 as a landman with The Mitchell Company, running title and leasing in the Barnett Shale. In mid 2009 he went to work for Texas Shale Gas Resources analyzing new prospects. In early 2010 the efforts of the Texas Shale team resulted in the formation of EF Energy LLC. Mr. Adams continued into this new entity handling fieldwork and in-house land management. He was an instrumental part of the business development department that reviewed over 2.5 million acres across the Eagle Ford Shale and the operating team that drilled 30 horizontal wells on over 25,000 acres.

Grant LeFevre has over 16 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Texas A&M University in 2006 and obtained his CPA license shortly after. For the first 4 years of his career, he worked for a CPA firm with a focus on tax and some assurance work for oil and gas clients. In 2011 he joined Stonetex as an accounting manager and in 2020 became the Comptroller. He is a member of the AICPA and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Niki joined Stonetex in 2021 as a member of the exploration team and has drawn from her decade of previous business development and reservoir characterization experience working and analyzing unconventional and conventional plays with other E&P companies to fill this role.  The primary focus area of her previous work was in the Permian Basin, and she has also evaluated numerous potential acquisitions in other areas of Texas and the U.S.  She graduated with her B.S. in Geology, Engineering Option and M.S. in Geology from the University of Texas at Arlington.  She is an active member of the Fort Worth Geological Society, board member and Student Outreach Chair of the Oil Information Library of Fort Worth, and an EES Advisory Council member at UTA.

Bryan is heavily involved in all aspects of the drilling, workover, and production departments. He also evaluates outside projects and prospects. Bryan graduated from Texas Tech University in May of 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering.
