About Us
Stonetex Oil Corp. is actively investing in oil and gas projects as a non-operator. We also internally generate projects with our JV partner, Delta Oil & Gas (Delta). We take partners on generated projects, particularly where a participant can bring Stonetex opportunities to participate. Delta is an operator on the Eastern Shelf and Permian Basin, so projects generated in those areas, and other selected areas of Texas/Oklahoma are generally operated by Delta. We seek and participate in acquisitions of producing properties, especially where there is additional drilling opportunities. Operations are not a requirement.
Project Types We Seek
Stonetex looks for repeatable conventional reservoir projects where leading-edge technology is utilized. We only participate in petrolific basins.
Self Funded
Stonetex is self-funded and does not rely on private equity, institutional capital or aggressive bank debt to fund it’s drilling program. We will use debt on a PDP acquisition opportunity.
